On Friday June 4th some of the young men, house parents & their daughter came from Mooseheart to visit our Lodge. The Dubuque Lodge & WOTM supported their trip with Lunch, a tour of the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium & the Grand Harbor Water Park.

Please welcome Mark J. Welbes as our new Administrator of our Dubuque Moose Lodge #355. Mark and his wife Tammy are the parents of two children. Both Mark & Tammy are active in the Dubuque Jaycees. Mark joined the LOOM in July 2008. He graduated from Loras College in 2005, with a BA in Management Information Systems. At present Mark is State President of the Iowa Jaycees. He also served as State Vice President in 2007 - 2008 and Regional Director in 2006. In 2005 Mark served as President of the Dubuque Jaycees. Mark has experience in accounts payable & data entry, purchasing, production & assistant foreman. On behalf of the Dubuque Board of Officers and its members please welcome Mark as our new Administrator.
